Directions for Toasting Pumpkin Seeds:

  • Preheat oven to 450.
  • Rinse of pumpkin seeds in cold water.
  • In a large bowl, toss pumpkin seeds with a little EVOO, dried garlic and sea salt (to taste).
  • On a lined baking sheet, spread pumpkin seeds evenly.
  • Bake at 400-450 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until tops of seeds are slightly browned.
